Essaoui Dental Center, digital transformation of a dental center

The Centre Dentaire Essaoui, located in Morocco, is run by Dr ESSAOUI Nadia, and offers a full range of services, from conventional dentistry (check-ups, scaling, cavity treatment, etc.) to cosmetic dentistry (veneers, crowns, dental implants, whitening, etc.). Committed to offering the very best to its patients, Centre Dentaire Essaoui is embarking on a digital transformation to enhance their experience and move from the classic to the modern.

This transition marks a significant evolution in communication and case management, with the move from traditional paper format to secure digital files, offering time savings, efficiency, data security and an eco-responsible approach.

To support this modernization, we developed an interactive WordPress-based showcase site, offering fluid and intuitive navigation, enabling online appointment booking, access to comprehensive information on services and easy contact with the center. A comprehensive digital communications strategy was also put in place, including an active presence on social networks and targeted marketing campaigns, to meet the needs of connected patients and attract new online customers.

Multilingual web site in WordPress

The Centre Dentaire Essaoui has launched a WordPress-based showcase website, designed to improve communication between the team and patients, respond effectively to their needs and offer a glimpse of the center’s environment for confident treatment. Thanks to its multilingual version (French, Arabic), the website reaches a wider audience, including local patients and visiting tourists, facilitating exchange and offering a fluid user experience adapted to different languages.

In a move towards advanced digitalization, we have also integrated the shared calendar with the Dentisto solution, a saas platform developed to enable patients to access the center’s calendar in real time and book appointments at a time that suits them, depending on availability. This solution simplifies consultation management and optimizes the patient experience.

Menu & UX design

The Centre Dentaire Essaoui website was designed with a careful UI/UX approach, respecting the practice’s visual identity to deliver a fluid, intuitive experience. As soon as visitors arrive on the website, they discover a clean, ergonomic and well-thought-out interface. The simplified navigation is based on a logically structured menu, divided into categories and sub-categories, enabling access to the various services on offer with just a few clicks. This clear organization avoids confusion and makes it easier to find a specific treatment or care.

Conceived with responsive design, the website guarantees an optimal experience on both desktop and mobile devices. To enrich the user experience and help patients better understand the treatments on offer, each page provides detailed descriptions, accompanied by photos and illustrations. This visual and educational approach makes it easier for visitors to project themselves into the future and assess the impact of treatments on their oral health and dental aesthetics.

Local SEO/SEA for positioning

We have carefully optimized the site’s content by integrating strategic keywords, ensuring that the fundamental principles of SEO are taken into account. This approach aims to improve the site’s natural referencing and position it among the top results of search engines, thus increasing its visibility and accessibility for patients seeking dental care.

At the same time, we worked on optimizing the center’s Google My Business listing to ensure a smooth, seamless user experience. This enhancement strengthens the practice’s local presence, increasing its visibility in geolocated searches and inspiring greater confidence among patients, who can now easily access essential information and book appointments with ease.

To complement this digital strategy, we have also implemented targeted Google Ads campaigns. These geolocated ads, designed to encourage web users in the vicinity of the center to visit the center’s website or to contact the center directly, are also available on our website.
